Fantastic place to experience local cuisine in a sophisticated setting. The staff is exceptional, ensuring you have enough drinks throughout your meal, and they have great recommendations as well. Their wine choice does not disappoint either. The restaurant is immaculately clean and conveniently located in the heart of Warsaw. The food is simply incredible; you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Dining at Elixir was one of the most memorable culinary experiences I’ve had in Warsaw. From the moment you step through the beautifully lit entrance proudly displaying its Michelin 2024 recognition, you can sense that this is no ordinary restaurant — it’s a celebration of Polish culture, taste, and artistry. I chose the degustation menu with vodka pairing, and it was a masterful journey through Polish flavors reimagined with modern creativity. Each course arrived like a small piece of art — beautifully plated, thoughtfully portioned, and paired with a carefully selected vodka that enhanced every flavor note. The harmony between the food and the spirits was extraordinary; smooth, balanced, and elevating. From the tender cuts of meat and velvety purées to the elegant desserts, every bite told a story of craftsmanship and respect for ingredients. The service was impeccable — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about Polish gastronomy. The ambiance is refined yet welcoming, with soft lighting, elegant décor, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger over every sip and taste. Elixir is far more than a restaurant — it’s an experience. We visited Elixir by Dom Wódki based on a recommendation from the concierge at the Bristol Hotel, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay in Warsaw. Tomasz was our host, and his service was outstanding; warm, entertaining, and full of fascinating insights about the restaurant’s history and its impressive variety of vodkas. The food was exceptional; every detail in each dish was perfectly balanced and full of flavor. We ended the evening with Tomasz’s recommendation of two exquisite flavored vodkas, which was the perfect conclusion to a memorable dinner. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Warsaw.

Had a lovely dinner while seated outside. It was a clear evening and they had blankets available. We ordered a glass of bubbly to start and then had mushroom soup to start. It was delicious. Not too heavy with lots of earthy flavor. My main was the venison with mashed potatoes. It was very tasty. Tender and perfectly prepared. Plating was very pretty! My favorite part of the meal was the dessert. We shared the raspberry meringue and it was excellent. So yummy and perfect for sharing.

What a unique and phenomenal experience. My waiter Kuba took excellent care of me and I thoroughly enjoyed this artistic gourmet food. The vodka pairing was really fun!

Amazing food, we had the 10 years anniversary dinner. They offer a vodka or wine pairing with the dinner. I don’t drink alcohol, so I got some excellent nonalcoholic cocktails. Warm recommendation.

Excellent choice to experience fine Polish food and to explore Polish vodka, of which they are rightfully proud! Must do their recommended vodka pairings with each course (the pours are very reasonable and you won’t overdo it)! The excitement of the staff as they recommend and describe each pour, and why it will pair well with the dish, is contagious.

Run by the Polish Vodka Museum, ELIXIR is a fine dining restaurant that reimagines traditional Polish cuisine with refined techniques, including French culinary influences. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, transforming rustic flavours into elegant, sophisticated plates. The pierogi, in particular, were a revelation—light and delicate, unlike any I’ve tasted elsewhere in Poland. A delightful surprise. The restaurant also offers an exceptional selection of premium vodkas, some of which are rarely found elsewhere. Impressively smooth and aromatic, they are worlds apart from the harsh spirits one might expect.
